Yeah, I'm still cleaning up from that ice storm.

A branch or a whole tree seemed to be crashing to the ground every 45 seconds. I'd never heard anything like it. I didn't think I would have any trees left when it was over, the way things were going. And it trashed my chainlink fences pretty substantually, too. Luckily, chainlink fences are not that difficult to repair, if one has the time.

The worst ice storm I've ever experienced. And I hope it is the last one.

I'm now thinking about going into the timber framing trade. I certainly have enough raw materials for it.
