Recipe
_______________
Buffalo Cauliflower
Ingredients
* A Bottle of Your Favorite Buffalo Sauce
* 1 Head of Cauliflower
* 2 Eggs, beaten
* 2 Cups of Panko Bread Crumbs
* 2.5 Cups of Unbleached Flour
*1 tsp of Black Pepper
*1 tsp of Onion Powder
*1 tsp of Garlic Powder
*1 tsp of Red Chili Powder
* 4 Tbsp of Olive Oil

1) Wash your cauliflower through a stainless steel strainer.
2) Breakdown your cauliflower into medium-sized florets
3) Preheat your oven to 450 degrees. Put tin foil down on a baking tray and brush your olive oil around the tin foil to prevent sticking.
4) Set up your Dipping Station: In one bowl, add your spices and flour and whisk together. The second bowl, whisk eggs and 2 tbsp of hot sauce and your third bowl, Panko bread crumbs.
5) First, dip your cauliflower into the flour, then the egg wash, finally the bread crumbs and place onto the tray. Repeat this step until you go through all of your cauliflower.
6) Once you complete Step 5, place your tray of cauliflower into the oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, you will flip the florets over and place back into the oven for another 20 minutes.
7) Once your cauliflower is crispy, you will place it into a mixing bowl with a generous amount of buffalo sauce and toss until evenly coated.
8) Eat.
