James C March 1949-2014

James C. Marsh, age 65, of Knoxville, passed away Sunday, May 11th, 2014 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center.  He was a member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church.  Jim was retired from Swedish Match of North America and was an active member and past President of the Smoky Mountain Region PCA.  He is preceded in death by parents, Dan and Elaine Marsh, and in-laws, Bob and Jacqueline Rider, all of Muskogee, Oklahoma.  He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 44 years Vickie Rider Marsh, daughter, Kimberly R. Mouldon, and husband Chris, granddaughter, Maya Josephine, brother, Dan Marsh, and wife Janet, of Oklahoma, niece, Terah Marsh, of Virginia, brother-in-law, Randy Rider, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, niece, Wendy Rider, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and two beloved Scotties, Sparky and Lucy.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 15th, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Highland West Memorial Funeral Home.  Committal services will be held on Friday, May 16th, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in Highland West Memorial Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family request you make memorial contributions to: Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, 383 Main Avenue, 5th Floor, Norwalk, CT 06851, www.themmrf.org.  Please sign Jim’s online register book at www.highlandmemorialparks.com.  Highland West Memorial Funeral Home, 9913 Sherrill Boulevard, Knoxville, TN 37932. 865-693-9547.
